David R. Koenig - Managing Principal. David received the PRMIA Higher Standard Award in 2008, the top honor from the Professional Risk Managers' International Association, and was named by his industry peers as one of the first 100 members of the Risk Who's Who international honorary society. He is the CEO of The Governance Fund, LLC, served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of PRMIA and was the Head of Market and Institutional Credit Risk Management for US Bancorp Piper Jaffray. S. Jean Hinrichs - Principal. Jean is the former Chief Risk Officer at Barclays Global Investors (BGI) where she and her team were publicly recognized with 2003 Buy-Side Risk Manager of the Year by Risk Waters Group. Jean served as General Auditor of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and as Chief Audit Executive for Fannie Mae where she was formally recognized by both the CEO and Audit Committee for rebuilding the internal audit function and playing a key role in helping the company complete its complex, multi-year restatement. Dr. Robert M. Mark - Principal. Bob was awarded the Financial Risk Manager of the Year by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 1998. He is the Vice Chairperson of the Board of the Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA). Prior to his current position as CEO of BlackDiamond Risk, he was the Senior Executive Vice-President and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). Dr. Mark is also the Founding Executive Director of the Masters of Financial Engineering Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
